These terms are between you and ORDERHEROAI LLC ("OrderHeroAI," "we," "us"). orderheroai.com is operated by ORDERHEROAI LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 840 W Lantana Rd, Lantana, FL 33462. They cover the OrderHeroAI service at orderheroai.com. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.

The service

OrderHeroAI is AI phone ordering. It answers a restaurant's phone, takes the order, texts the guest a link to pay, and captures that caller as a customer of the restaurant. You keep your phone number. You forward it to Hero, or you use a number we provision for you.

Founding offer

Founding shops get Year 1 free, then $29/mo forever. That monthly price stays locked for founding shops for as long as the account stays open. There is no setup fee to start. You can cancel anytime. After you cancel, Hero stops answering on your behalf.

Guest checkout

A guest may pay a flat convenience fee. The amount is disclosed at checkout and in the restaurant's agreement. The restaurant keeps the food total on the order.

Your responsibilities

You give us a menu, hours, and prices that are accurate. You are responsible for preparing the food, for allergen and health rules, and for any promise you make to a guest. You only use the service for a real restaurant you operate. You do not use it to break the law, to send spam, or to impersonate someone else.

Calls and texts

Hero places and receives phone calls and sends text messages about orders, pay links, and order status. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your guests. Guests can stop order texts by following the instructions in the message.

Payments

Card payments run through the payment processor connected to your account. OrderHeroAI does not store full card numbers. Payout timing is set by that processor.

Accounts

Keep your login to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that we believe is being used to harm guests or other restaurants.

The product can be wrong

Hero is software. It can mishear an item, a modifier, or a name. You should review orders the way you review any phone order. We do not guarantee uninterrupted phone service, a particular sales result, or that every caller will pay.

Our property

The OrderHeroAI name, the site, and the software belong to ORDERHEROAI LLC. Your menu, your logo, and your customer list belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, ORDERHEROAI LLC is not liable for lost profits, missed orders, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using the service after that date, the updated terms apply.
